Tree silhouettes - 20 fotos

In photography, a silhouette is defined as an outline that appears dark against a light background. More specifically, it is where your subject is seen as a black shape without detail against a brighter background. This is an artistic outcome that I have used in many posts, sometimes as opening foto like in Lighthouses or Windwills (probably one of the pics of the year here at TBF).

This first post of silhouettes is focused on trees.

Jeremy Roof’s image(#1) is the best of this series. Don’t care how it was done or with what equipment or processing. It stands as an image. It has a life of it’s own.
